RETURN & REFUND POLICY

As a small business in the beauty industry, we operate under specific hygiene and safety standards. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales are Final:

Due to the hygienic nature of our cosmetic products, all sales are final. We don’t accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are here to make it right.

Please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at  support@kallorabeauty.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photo(s) showing the issue
  • A description of the problem

Once the claim is processed, investigated and approved, we will issue a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method - at no additional cost to you.

Please note:

  • We reserve the right to deny any claim submitted after the return window or without sufficient proof (e.g., photo evidence, order confirmation, etc.).
  • We do not claim responsibility for lost packages shipped via economy or non-trackable methods.

Non-Returnable Items:

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items purchased during a sale or clearance
  • Promotional Items
  • Giftcards

Important Notes

  • Claims submitted after the 3 business day window or without valid photo evidence may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages shipped via untracked or economy shipping methods chosen by the customer.
  • Return shipping (when applicable) is covered by Kallora Beauty only if the error was on our part.
  • We are not responsible  for lost packages once it has been marked delivered by the carrier. Please reach out to carrier for lost items after “Marked Delivery”.
