SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. We partner with ChitChats to ensure reliable and efficient shipping for all orders.
Delivery Times;
Domestic (Canada)
- Standard Shipping typically takes 3 to 8 business days and includes full tracking from dispatch to delivery. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking confirms the order has been delivered. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance. If your package is lost in transit and tracking does not show a delivery confirmation, please reach out to us at [support@kallorabeauty.com]. We will work with the carrier to investigate and file a claim on your behalf.
- Economy Shipping is available for lightweight orders under 283g and typically takes between 3 to 9+ business days for delivery. This option includes partial tracking, where we are able to confirm when your package has been shipped and when it is in transit; however, delivery confirmation is not guaranteed. As such, we recommend selecting this method only for low-value items where full tracking is not essential.
International Shipping (USA, UK & Europe)
We offer tracked international shipping to the UK and select European countries, with an estimated delivery window of 4 to 27 business days.
Please note the following:
- Customs, duties, and VAT are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations. However we strive to use a Duty Paid Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping solution, so any applicable duties and taxes will be handled by us upfront.
- We are unable to mark packages as gifts or declare a lower item value, as we comply with international shipping laws.
- A valid phone number is required at checkout for customs processing.
- Shipments that are undeliverable due to incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect will not be returned to us and are considered non-refundable.
Please note: Shipping time begins after order processing is completed.
